WARRANTY

We go to great lengths to ensure that our IEMs are genuine and enjoy many years of good service. Each IEM comes with an individual identification serial number which can be checked against our records to prove its authenticity.

The warranty card needs to be endorsed and dated by the authorized SPEAR Labs™ retailer that you purchased it from to make it valid. This guarantees our IEMs against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. To make a claim against this warranty, please simply present your IEM and completed warranty card to any authorized SPEAR Labs™ retailer.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by inappropriate use or handling of the IEM. It excludes wear and tear, damage caused by accident or careless handling accordingly to the warranty terms.

In the unlikely event that your SPEAR Labs™ IEM needs repair, all repair work must be conducted by SPEAR Labs™. Failure to observe the above conditions invalidates the warranty.
